Enjoy a crispy, sizzling bacon bite recipe that’s easy to assemble and wrapped in savory USDA select briskets. Curly’s RoadTrip Eats Kansas City Style is tenderized and marinated in delicious BBQ sauce, giving flavor seekers a sweet and tangy taste experience.

Ingredients

1 package Curly's Kansas City Style

16 Bacon slices, cut into fourths crosswise

Directions

1Preheat oven to 375˚.

2Separate the burnt ends from the BBQ sauce in the Curly's Kansas City Style, reserving the sauce for later.

3Wrap bacon around 2 burnt end pieces and secure with a toothpick. Place in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Repeat with remaining burnt ends and bacon.

4Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove and spoon over BBQ sauce. Reduce oven to 350˚ and bake for another 30 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.

5Drain grease and serve.
