1 package Curly's Kansas City Style
1/2 Red onion, sliced
1/2 Bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cupAvocado oil
1 bag of Broccoli slaw or cole slaw
Shredded cheddar, pepper jack, or any cheese favorites
1Slice and saute' onions and peppers separately in 1/8 cup of avocado oil until tender.
2Heat Curly's Kansas City Style according to package directions.
3Heat corn tortillas on a cast iron skillet, until soft.
4Spoon 1-2 tbsp. of Curly's Kansas City Style into each tortilla and top with choice of toppings - onions, peppers, slaw, cheeses, crumbled chips, etc.
