BBQ Chopped Salad

Drizzle ranch dressing onto tender beef briskets mixed with fresh corn kernels, cherry tomatoes and diced avocado. Curly’s RoadTrip Eats Kansas City Style is tenderized and marinated in delicious BBQ sauce, giving flavor seekers a sweet and tangy taste experience with genuine USDA select briskets.

1 package Curly’s Kansas City Style

2 heads Romaine lettuce, chopped

2 Avocados, diced

2 cups Fresh corn kernels

1 cup Cherry tomatoes, quartered

1 cup Croutons

1 cup Ranch dressing

Salt & pepper to taste


1Strain ¼ of Curly’s Kansas City Style BBQ sauce from the container.

2Evenly mix chopped romaine, avocado, corn, cherry tomatoes, and croutons into a large mixing bowl.

3Add the remaining Curly’s Kansas City Style into the salad and mix evenly.

4Top the salad with drizzled ranch dressing and add salt and pepper to taste.
