BBQ Pulled Pork Dip

Serve a get-together recipe favorite that is complete with tender pulled pork, hot sauce, cream cheese and more. Curly’s Rio Grande Style is a spicy flavor adventure with delicious Tex-Mex taste and texture.

Ingredients

1 package Curly’s Rio Grande Style

1/2 cup Cream cheese, softened

1 cup Cheddar cheese, finely ground

1 tbsp Hot sauce

1/4 cup Green onion, chopped

Directions

1Stir Curly’s Rio Grande Style with cream cheese, hot sauce, green onions and a ½ cup of cheddar cheese into a medium bowl.

2Spoon the mixture into a microwaveable 9-inch pie plate.

3Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbling.

4Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and let stand until cheese is melted. Serve with chips for dipping!
