BBQ Tacos

1 Package Curly’s West Coast IPA Style

1 Package small corn tortillas

1 Ripe avocado, sliced

3 Limes

1/2 cup Cider vinegar

1/4 cup Sunflower oil

1/4 cup Sugar

1/4 tsp Ground cumin

1/8 tsp Salt & pepper

Sliced cabbage

Chopped cilantro

Queso fresco (mexican cheese)



1Mix juice from one lime with cider vinegar, oil, sugar, salt & pepper. Stir in sliced cabbage and mix thoroughly.

Heat Curly’s BBQ per instructions on package.

1Layer BBQ, slaw, avocado and queso fresco on warm tortillas and serve with slices of lime and hot sauce.
