1 package Curly’s Rio Grande Style
5 ea. Corn tostadas
1 1/2 cupsRefried beans
1/2 cupCheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cupTomatoes, diced
1/8 cupCilantro leaves
1/8 cupSour cream
1Preheat the oven to 250˚.
2Place refried beans into a small saucepot and put on medium heat.
3Place tostadas on a baking sheet pan and put in the heated oven to get warmed.
4In the meantime, put Curly’s Rio Grande Style in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
5Once refried beans, tostadas and Curly’s Rio Grande Style are warmed, start building your tostada. Spread the refried beans on the tostada, add Curly’s Rio Grande Style on top of the beans, garnish with tomatoes, cheddar cheese, cilantro and sour cream.
