Hush Puppies

Fry up fresh flavor with a mash-up of cornmeal and savory USDA select briskets. Curly’s RoadTrip Eats Kansas City Style is tenderized and marinated in delicious BBQ sauce, giving flavor seekers a sweet and tangy taste experience.

1 Package Curly’s Kansas City Style

1 cup Cornmeal

1/4 cup Flour

1 Small onion, diced

1/2 cup Pickled jalapenos, diced

1 Egg

1/2 cup Milk

1 cup Sour cream

1 tbsp prepared Horseradish

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Garlic powder


1Mix the dip ingredients together and set aside in the fridge.

2Preheat oil to 350 for frying.

3Mix all the hushpuppy ingredients together.

4Use a spoon to grab the hush puppy batter in about 2 tablespoon increments. Drip the batter into the oil one by one.

5Fry until browned and crispy and fully cooked through.

6Serve with dipping sauce.
