Pulled Pork Belly Sliders

Create the sliders you crave with unique Asian slaw and slaw dressing mashed with one-of-a-kind pulled pork belly. Curly’s Alabama Style offers a juicy pulled pork belly favorite that is smoked and seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients

1 package Curly's Alabama Style

1 12-Pack of Hawaiian mini rolls

Asian Slaw

1 package Slaw mix

1 Carrot, shredded

3 green Onions, finely chopped

1/2 cup Almonds, sliced

Slaw dressing

1/2 Lime, juiced

1/2 tsp low-sodium Soy sauce

1/2 tsp grated Ginger

1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp Sesame oil

1/2 tsp toasted Sesame seeds

Directions

1In a pourable bowl, mix ingredients for slaw dressing. Whisk and set aside.

2Using a medium bowl, toss Asian slaw ingredients. Just before serving, pour dressing over slaw and mix with tongs.

3Heat Curly's Alabama Style as desired. Meanwhile, slice Hawaiian rolls in half and toast.

4To assemble, add slaw to the bottom of the toasted bun. Top with Curly's Alabama Style and the bun topper.

5Serve immediately. You can also serve the slaw and pork belly as a salad!
