Pulled Pork Quesadilla

Use savory pulled pork, diced purple onion, and Monterrey Jack shredded cheese to create a snack-sized quesadilla you’ll love. Curly’s West Coast Style offers trending pulled pork flavor with delicious non-alcoholic BBQ sauce that is fitting for all ages.

1 package Curly's West Coast Style

1/8 cup diced purple onions, grilled

1/4 cup Monterrey Jack shredded cheese

Flour tortillas

1/4 cup butter (or vegetable oil)


1Heat Curly's Kansas City Style in the microwave or on the stovetop according to package directions.

2In a large heat oil over medium heat. On a plate layer cheese, onions and pulled pork over half the tortilla. Sprinkle a little cheese on top as well.

3Cook for 4-5 minutes, until brown, in the oil/butter. Flip to the other side and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until brown.

4Remove and serve with salsa and sour cream.
