1 package Curly's West Coast Style
1/8 cupdiced purple onions, grilled
1/4 cupMonterrey Jack shredded cheese
1/4 cupbutter (or vegetable oil)
1Heat Curly's Kansas City Style in the microwave or on the stovetop according to package directions.
2In a large heat oil over medium heat. On a plate layer cheese, onions and pulled pork over half the tortilla. Sprinkle a little cheese on top as well.
3Cook for 4-5 minutes, until brown, in the oil/butter. Flip to the other side and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until brown.
