Enjoy a flatbread favorite that's topped with delicious pork belly and mac and cheese. Curly’s Alabama Style offers a juicy pulled pork belly that is smoked and seasoned to perfection.
1 cup Curly's Alabama Style
1 can refrigerated Thin pizza crust
1 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese
1/2 Onion, sliced thinly
2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 cup Mac and cheese, prepared
1/4 cup Scallions
1Preheat oven to 350˚.
2Roll out pizza crust into a rectangle on a medium sized cookie sheet and press thinly into the pan. Brush top of crust with melted butter.
3First layer the mac and cheese light and evenly across the dough.
4Top the mac and cheese with barbecue, onions, and scallions. Top with the cheese.
5Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, and cut into small rectangles.
6Serve and enjoy!
