Crispy BBQ Tostadas

The secret to creating crispy tostadas starts with a mash-up of refined beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream and tasty pulled pork. Curly’s West Coast IPA Style is a spicy flavor adventure with delicious Tex-Mex taste and texture.

1 package Curly’s West Coast IPA Style

5 ea. Corn tostadas

1 1/2 cups Refried beans

1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/3 cup Tomatoes, diced

1/8 cup Cilantro leaves

1/8 cup Sour cream


1Preheat the oven to 250˚.

2Place refried beans into a small saucepot and put on medium heat.

3Place tostadas on a baking sheet pan and put in the heated oven to get warmed.

4In the meantime, put Curly’s West Coast IPA Style in the microwave for about 2 minutes.

5Once refried beans, tostadas and Curly’s West Coast IPA Style are warmed, start building your tostada. Spread the refried beans on the tostada, add Curly’s West Coast IPA Style on top of the beans, garnish with tomatoes, cheddar cheese, cilantro and sour cream.

Equipment needed:

Small saucepot and a baking sheet pan.
