Curly’s Pulled Beef Hasselback Tailgate Potatoes

Kick off your next tailgate with tasty stuffed potatoes that are topped with Curly's Pulled Beef, cheddar cheese, sour cream and green onion.

1 package Curly’s Pulled Beef

10 red potatoes

2 cups Olive oil

1 1/2 cups Sour cream

1 bunch green onion, sliced

10 yellow cheddar, sliced

Salt, pepper to taste


1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Wash and remove any blemishes from the potatoes.

3Thinly slice them about halfway though (the slices will separate more after baking)

4Place a foil lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil.

5Drizzle olive oil on potatoes until lightly coated and season with salt and pepper.

6Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

7While your potatoes are baking, follow the directions on the packaging and heat Curly’s Pulled Beef.

8Remove potatoes from oven. Place small amounts of Curly’s Pulled Beef into potatoes along with slices of yellow cheddar and return to the oven until cheese is melted completely.

9Remove from oven once again and top with sour cream and green onions. Enjoy!
