Pecan, Rosemary & Cranberry Crusted Holiday Ribs

Ring in the holidays by topping Curly's ribs with pecans, rosemary and cranberry.

1 rack, Curly’s Ribs

1 1/2 cups Pecans

1/4 cup Rosemary, fresh

1/3 cup cup Cranberries, dried, chopped

2 cloves Garlic, minced

5 tbsp Olive oil

Salt, pepper to taste


1Put all ingredients (besides the ribs) into a food processor or chop finely with a knife and mix together in a medium sized mixing bowl.

2Place mixture evenly on the presentation side of the ribs.

3Follow Curly’s Ribs heating instructions. This recipe is best cooked in the oven.

4Slice into individual ribs and enjoy!
