1 Curly’s Alabama Style
7 Flour tortillas
3 cupsGreen and purple cabbage, shredded
1 cupCarrot, shredded
1/4 cupChampagne vinegar
1 tspcelery seed
2 bunch Cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1Heat your oven to 300 °. Wrap your flour tortillas in aluminum foil and set inside oven to keep warm.
2Put all slaw ingredients inside large mixing bowl and incorporate evenly, season with salt and pepper as desired.
3Heat Curly’s Alabama Style according to packaged label directions.
4Remove flour tortillas from oven and assemble tacos, fill with Curly’s pulled pork belly and Cilantro slaw.
