Entertain your friends and family with a simple Chef Clara recipe that includes rolls stuffed with Curly's West Coast Style IPA Pulled Pork!
1 package Curly’s West Coast Style Pulled Pork
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1/2 bunch Parsley, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 can, 12 pieces Dinner roll dough
Vegetable cooking spray
1Mix melted butter, parsley, and parmesan cheese together in a small bowl and set aside.
2Separate dinner roll pieces and top each with about 1/4 cup filling. Fold dough over to meet in the center; pinch edges to seal.
3Grease a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
4Place the filled rolls seam side down on a greased baking sheet or cast iron pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
5Serve warm and enjoy!
